GlowBio is a SaaS platform that provides creators with a personalized link-in-bio page, custom themes, page builder, and analytics tools. Creators can showcase their work, connect with their audience, and monetize their presence through a single, aesthetic page.

3. Account Registration

We offer two ways to create an account:

• Email Sign-up: Register with your email address and create a password. Email verification is required.
• Google Login: Sign up using your Google account for quick and secure access.

We only accept valid email addresses to prevent spam activity and ensure genuine creator accounts.

4. Information We Collect

4.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address, name, username, and profile information when you sign up.
• Content: Bio, tagline, social links, avatar, page content, blocks, and sections you create.
• Theme Preferences: Your chosen theme, font, and customization settings.
• Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit card information.
• Referral Data: Referral codes and information about who referred you.

4.2 Information We Automatically Collect

• Usage Data: How you interact with our platform and dashboard.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for geolocation (currency detection).
• Cookies: We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session security.

5. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your GlowBio page
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account
• To process payments through Razorpay
• To detect your location for currency display (INR/USD)
• To manage referrals and reward program
• To communicate with you about your account and platform updates
• To improve our platform and user experience

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure MongoDB Atlas servers with encryption at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption and secure access controls.

Your payment information is never stored on our servers. All transactions are processed through Razorpay's secure payment gateway.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

7.1 Active Accounts

Your data is retained as long as your account is active and you are using our Service. You can access, update, or delete your data at any time through your dashboard.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

Important: If your account remains out of maintenance (unpaid) for more than 2 years, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems. This includes:

• Your GlowBio page and all content
• All blocks, sections, and customizations
• Your links, bio, and profile information
• Referral data and history
• All user data stored in our database

Why we do this: Maintaining inactive accounts with no maintenance payments incurs server costs. To keep our platform sustainable and affordable for active creators, we periodically clean up abandoned accounts.

How to avoid deletion: Simply pay your annual maintenance fee (₹599 or $9.99) to keep your account active. Your expiry date will be extended by 1 year from the payment date.

7.3 Account Deletion Request

You may also request immediate account deletion at any time by contacting our support team. We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information for business analysis and platform improvements.

9. Your Rights and Choices

• Access: View all your data in the dashboard
• Update: Modify your profile, content, and settings anytime
• Delete: Request account deletion by contacting support
• Export: Request a copy of your data
• Opt-out: You can choose not to participate in the referral program

10. Subscription and Payments

• Lifetime Access: One-time payment of ₹4999 (or $60) for permanent access
• Maintenance Fee: ₹599/year (or $9.99) to keep your site active
• Referral Program: Get ₹1000 off when you use a referral code
• Free Year: Refer a friend and get +1 year of maintenance free

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

11.1 Lifetime Access

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with our Service, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

11.2 Maintenance Fee

Maintenance fees are non-refundable once paid, as they cover ongoing server costs and platform maintenance. However, your maintenance period extends by 1 year from the payment date.

11.3 How to Request Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at glowbio.online@gmail.comwith your registered email address and reason for refund request. We process refunds within 7-10 business days.

12. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are necessary for the platform to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
